What is the Carbon Neutral Ship option in my cart?

We have partnered with Eco Cart because they direct the carbon offset funds to certified carbon offset projects like planting trees or building wind farms. They have scoured the globe for carbon offset projects that are truly additive (meaning new), permanent, and without unintended consequences. 

All Carbon Neutral donations are sent directly to Eco Cart biweekly. If you choose this option we will  any printed material. Your nails will still be presented on our recycled card stock.

How long will my order take to ship?

Currently, please allow 1-7 business days for processing on all Made To Measure orders.

Ready To Ship orders will process in 1- 2 business days.

If an order contains both Ready To Ship and Made To Measure, they will ship together.

Once your order is processed shipping estimations are based on the carriers.

First Class: 3-5 Business Days

Priority: 1-3 Business Days

Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days

Canada: 7-10 Business Days

Global/Everywhere Else (including Military APO): 7-21 Business Days

 

 

Can I rush my nails?

 We process all purchases in the order they arrive. Using expedited shipping will not speed up the processing time of your nails. If you have a circumstance where you need to expedite your order, please message, email or DM us to set up a rush order before you check out.

 

All of our nails are handmade so depending on the quantity needed, the cost of rushing an order is on a case by case basis.

 

 How do I know my size?

In order for the most accurate sizing, please see our sizing here.

 

What do I get with my order?

You will receive:

  • Any nails you order
  • Detailed instructions for application.
  • Full Nail Kit: cuticle pusher, prep wipes, mini nail file/buffer, 2 gram nail glue.
  • Reusable nail storage container

 

Do you accept cancellations or returns?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase on any Ready To Ship sets and Made To Measure in standard sizes. Due to the nature of Custom sizes and personalization, cancellations on those orders can only be granted before the set is made.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. The one exception is in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged conditions. In the event of an issue please email brandon@paragonpresson.com

 

How do I apply my nails? 

A detailed guide for application as well as a nail care kit are included with every order. Our nail application is super-simple, for more information visit our nail application and removal video here. 

 

How long will my nails stay on? Are the nails strong?

Nail glue will last 1-3 weeks. Our nail sets can be re-used, and with proper care they will last you through many applications.

Our nails are much stronger than store-bought Press-Ons and made with at least 3 coats of gel polish. Most designs have a coat of hard gel which makes the nails strong but still able to flex.

 

Do you offer custom designs or customizations on existing sets?

Yes -If you have an idea for a nail set, a picture that you want recreated, etc. I am easily reachable through direct message or email.

We can always accommodate tweaks made to an existing set (different color, matte topcoat, different rhinestone placement, shorter length, etc). Prior to checkout reach out to us via message, email or DM so we can work out details.

 

What happens if I order the wrong size?

All our nails are handmade with love and hours of hard work, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in our FAQ and in every listing and sizing kits available to safeguard against this! In the event you do get a size that doesn’t work for you (or you damage a nail in some way) we have a replacement nail option as well as an accent nail option for you to order one or two nails as needed.

 

Do you work with influencers?

We currently do not have an influencer or affiliate program. If you’re interested please reach out via message, email or DM.

 

I entered the wrong address/my order was mis-delivered! What happens now?

We ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!

We cannot take responsibility for mis-delivered packages, or customers providing incorrect addresses. In the event a package is returned to us, we will reach out to the email on file.

If you enter the wrong address or think you have made a typo, please notify me immediately so I can catch it before your shipping label is printed!
